Repair and overhaul management is provided to customers using FAA-certificated Part 145 Repair Stations, audited to both IFMI and customer auditing program requirements to ensure the highest degree of safety, quality and reliability. This scrutiny allows IFMI to have relationships with repair sources that offer unmatched customer service, competitive pricing, and increased efficiency. IFMI often integrates directly into customer supply chains, developing repair requirements and work scopes, acting as the customer representative in overseeing components in the repair cycle, providing engineering liaison services, ensuring shipping and delivery timeliness, and providing detailed communication between the customer and the repair station throughout the process.
